Having lived in the Greater Seattle area for more than 30 years, Chad has developed a deep appreciation for the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle opportunities that make the Pacific Northwest such a great place to call home. Outside of real estate, Chad is actively involved in the community as a coach for competitive travel softball, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes and helping them develop both on and off the field.
