Hi, my name is Gee Ann, but you can simply call me Gee. I am a Transaction Coordinator at AQUA Real Estate, where I manage the paperwork, deadlines, and communication throughout each transaction. My role is to ensure that brokers, agents, and clients can focus on negotiations and key decisions while I take care of the details behind the scenes.

I make sure all documents are completed accurately and in compliance with state, brokerage, and MLS requirements. I also maintain organized transaction files for auditing and closing, while setting up and managing digital folders to keep every step of the process streamlined.

Born and raised in the Philippines, I am deeply family-oriented. Outside of work, I have a passion for cooking—especially creating desserts. I also love traveling to islands, meeting new people, and immersing myself in diverse cultures and experiences. In addition, I enjoy gardening and take pride in cultivating a variety of houseplants, always looking for unique species to add to my collection. During quiet moments, I find relaxation in watching movies.
