What is AQUA Head Start?
AQUA Head Start is our Coming Soon marketing program that introduces your home to buyers before it is fully ready.
We coordinate early exposure and prepare for your full listing launch while you finish getting your home ready.
Why should I start marketing my home before it's ready?
Early marketing helps build buyer awareness while you complete repairs, staging, or other preparations.
It also gives us a chance to gauge interest before your home becomes Active.
How long can my home be marketed as Coming Soon?
Eligible homes can be marketed as Coming Soon for up to 21 days before becoming Active.
You can launch sooner, but the 21-day period cannot be paused or extended.
Does my home need to be completely ready or photographed?
No. We can start with an exterior photo while you finish interior preparations.
A primary photo, listing price, and required property details are needed to begin. We can add interior photos when the home is ready.
Can buyers tour my home while it's Coming Soon?
Yes, if you allow them. You can choose whether buyers may tour your home during the Coming Soon period.
If you prefer privacy while preparing, we can hold off on showings until the home becomes Active.
Can I accept an offer while my home is Coming Soon?
Yes. You can review and accept offers during Coming Soon.
If an offer arrives early, we’ll help you evaluate its price and terms. You decide whether to accept it or continue toward your planned launch.
Will my Coming Soon listing appear on Zillow, Redfin, and other real estate websites?
Possibly. If you choose broad public exposure, your listing may appear on Zillow, Redfin, and other sites that display Coming Soon listings.
Availability depends on each website’s policies. We can also discuss permitted options for more limited exposure.
Does Coming Soon count toward my home's days on market?
No. Coming Soon time does not count toward Days Active. Those counts start at zero when the listing becomes Active.
Your listing date and Coming Soon history still remain in MLS records.
What if my home is ready sooner than expected?
We can launch earlier. You do not need to use the full 21 days.
Once your home is ready, we can update the photos and transition to Active status with your full marketing plan.
Can I use AQUA Head Start if my home was previously listed?
Possibly. A previously cancelled or expired listing generally must have been off the market for at least 60 days to qualify.
We can review your property’s eligibility and plan the relaunch.
