Located at the crossroads of Highway 169 and Kent-Kangley road is Maple Valley’s core retail and residential neighborhoods. Nearby shopping including Fred Meyer, Safeway, Grocery Outlet and several restaurants offer it’s residents convenience. Most homes were built between in the mid 1990’s to early 2000’s and consist of 2 story homes with uniform lot sizes. But a recent resurgence in development has steadily been adding more housing to the area. Also located within the area is Tahoma School district’s crown Jewel, brand new Tahoma High School. Opening its doors in 2017.
