Daniel “Danny” Alhadeff is a residential real estate broker with eight years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout Seattle, the Eastside, and the greater Puget Sound region. His experience includes condos, townhomes, manufactured homes, fixer-uppers, new construction, land, luxury and vacation properties, and off-market opportunities. He has also helped renovate and reposition multifamily properties as value-add investments, giving him a practical understanding of renovation decisions, property potential, marketability, and resale value. A particularly meaningful part of Danny’s background is his work with older adults and their families. He has performed home-safety evaluations and helped coordinate services intended to allow seniors to remain safely in their homes. When staying home was no longer the best option, he connected families with senior-living professionals and other appropriate resources. Danny is continuing to grow this area of his practice. He helps families consider whether a home can be adapted for aging in place or whether it may be time to move. When a transition becomes necessary, he can prepare and sell the home while connecting the family with professionals who specialize in senior-living placement. His goal is to provide a patient, practical point of contact during an emotional and complicated transition. Danny began his career with Coldwell Banker, where strong mentorship taught him to build genuine relationships, take contracts and details seriously, collaborate with other brokers, and proactively reduce risk. His additional background in property management and leasing helps him identify concerns that might otherwise be overlooked. Now with AQUA Real Estate, a Bellevue-based boutique brokerage known for modern marketing and personalized service, Danny combines strong brokerage resources with direct, personal representation. He primarily serves friends, family, past clients, and people referred through relationships he has built over the years. By working with a select group of clients, he can remain personally involved from the first conversation through closing and beyond. Raised in Bellevue, Danny now lives in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood with his wife and three children. His family is active in local schools, youth sports, and the community.
