Our AQUA Starter package is perfect if you are a new agent or sporadically do real estate transactions. No monthly costs and a pay a low commission split. Or you could find yourself in between, then opt for the AQUA Flex package. No matter what level of production agent you are, we have a plan for you. And the best part is you can change plans as often as you like.
We understand that spouses live together, have a joint bank account, and - most importantly - are "as one flesh". As a result, when it comes to Monthly fees, Technology fees, & Transaction Fees, we treat spouses as a single entity.
