Aqua was awesome! So down to earth and easy to work with. They were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions (there were many!) and were very quick to respond.
They were initially hired to sell our house. The plan was to sell, save some money, and eventually find the perfect home – no rush. While waiting for our house to sell, my wife and I decided to check out some homes and unexpectedly fell in love with one. With our original plan now out the window, we were in the situation of having a contingent offer on a new house and trying to sell our current. It was all uncharted territory for my wife and me.
They were very accommodating – taking us to see houses, answering questions and giving advice, all while managing the sale of our current home. The service we received from them felt worthy of the customary 3%, but because they list (and work their butt off) at 1% we were able to save a good chunk of money to use on our new house. I would 100% recommend Jesse and Ayako to anyone needing help buying or selling a house!
